You have a legal timeframe of 14 days - as of the delivery of your order - within which you must notify us of your intention to return an item, the reason for its return and return the item.
You need to enter into your customer account and in the “My returns” section:
1- Select the order you wish to return, the item(s) to be returned/exchanged
2- The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed or damaged. The label(s) must still be attached to the product(s). The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging (if you wish to return a kit or set, it must contain all the original components)

3- Include the return slip completed
4-For products return, the cost of the return is paid by the customer.
5- All sale merchandise will be refunded as a store credit
6-Your bank account or Paypal account will be refunded for the amount of your whole order (shipping costs included) for orders placed in the United Stated or France. For orders shipped to different parts of the world, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow at least 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges are only possible within the same style, for another size and/or color. If the replacement item is more expensive than the item it is replacing, there will be a request to pay the difference. In the opposite case, you will receive a voucher (credit note) for the price difference. If you need immediate exchange items, we recommend placing a new order for these items. Exchange-by-mail items only are shipped to you free of charge.
